SATISFACTION SATURDAY

Another week is coming to a close.  It has been busy since we returned from Charleston.  Lots of laundry, lots of weeding and cleaning.  The garden exploded while we were away.  The roses are incredible.

We are in the process of waiting for H and the family.  They were delayed by a license plate for their new car.  In the States you do not get a permanent plate when you buy a car.  The dealer has to make a special request and it can take up to a month.  Here in Canada, of course, the plates are already on the car when you buy it. As you know though H and W have used their time wisely.  You can see their plans at http://www.actingbalanced.com/ and http://www.waynewsmith.com/.

D H and I are getting back into our dancing.  It is amazing how soon you forget when you get out of practice.  We will try again tonight at Mad for Dance hosted by Michael and Raija.  It will have a Sixties theme.  Too bad we can’t wear the clothes we wore in the 60’s.  Do you remember bell bottom jeans, elephant pants, Nehru jackets, mini skirts and maxi skirts?  Will we dance to The Bee Gees, The Beach Boys, The Beatles, The British Invasion, or to the Vietnam protest songs?

Another busy week has past and I don’t know where the time has gone.  There certainly is no time to be bored.  I may be retired but I am tired yet.
